PINKERTON VS. COUNTY OF KAUAI, KAUAI PROSECUTORS OFFICE AND MARC E. GUYOT
KAUAI POLICE & PROSECUTORIAL MISCONDUCT EXPOSED
U.S. FEDERAL COURT CASE #08-00222HG-KSC (FILED MAY 15, 2008)

PROSECUTORS HAVE CONSPIRED TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE, CONSPIRED TO INTERFERE WITH CIVIL RIGHTS AND HAVE INTERFERED WITH A COURT ORDER.  PROSECUTORS HAVE ACTED MALICIOUSLY IN ORDER TO SHELTER THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, THE COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE AND KAUAI POLICE OFFICERS FROM CIVIL LIABILITY AFTER LEARNING OF THE EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE.    THIS WEBSITE WAS CREATED TO SHOW THAT WHEN POLICE CONSPIRE AGAINST CITIZENS, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A PROSECUTOR WHO VIOLATES ETHICAL AND PENAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER TO WIN AT ALL COSTS.

"In 1981, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights recommended that all police departments create an early warning system to identify problem officers, those “who are frequently the subject of complaints or who demonstrate identifiable patterns of inappropriate behavior.”

Thank you letter from the Mayor

I received this form-letter in April '05 and then on May 25, '06 I had a meeting with Mayor Baptiste and discused with him of my plight of being maliciously prosecution and falsely arrested several times by KPD.  I  showed the Plea Offer to him.  Even the Mayor was shocked at the demands.

The County Charter, 7.05.E which states the Mayor exercises direct supervision over ALL departments (including the Police Department), to see that they are HONESTLY, EFFICIENTLY, AND LAWFULLY CONDUCTED.  The Mayor stated that he cannot get involved as heard in our recorded meeting in the recording below.

Listen to our meeting. The mayor is fully aware of Kauai police corruption because he has asked the FBI to investigate the KPD.  The Mayor deliberately tells me that it is not his responsibility to monitor the police department or get involved, despite what the County Charter 7.05.E depicts.  I offered the Mayor hard core evidence of the police corruption in my case and my willingness to settle this amicably and he simply did nothing.

Mr. Mayor; It is with Gods gift of wisdom and guidance that can guide us all in this pursuit of equal justice.  It is time to take back the streets from the corrupted police officers.  It is time to collectively resolve these issues.

The evidence cannot be denied, the truth cannot and will not be suppressed, despite the PLEA AGREEMENT and it's focus on me giving up more of my rights in order to protect the County and the police officer proven to have perjured themselves.
