I Stand My Ground

Reports from Hawaii police departments reveal just how many officers were disciplined over the last year.

Kauai reports no discipline for any of its officers for the year 2005.

Kauai was the only department to report no incidents.

There are two items of interest in this information below.  Officer Asuncion was the officer who took my complaint July 22, 2005.

As a concerned and compassionate citizen, I have called the police regarding crimes and concerns.  Many resulting in reports, a few just miscellaneous publications (Mis Pub).

Officer Gilbert Asuncion took my complaint on July 22, 2005 regarding "defamation of character", slanderous remarks.  Scroll down the page to read the entry into the KPD Dispatch log.

A person in the community was saying I was a convicted rapist and child molester.  Word had gotten back to me that these rumors were being started by Sean Spiegel.

This is the starting point where this whole ordeal escalates and Officer Gilbert Asuncion begins his patterns of practices against me. The AUDIO file of Officer Asuncion's statement verify this claim though it mentions nothing of this incident.
