This citation was ordered to be given to me by Sgt. Vicky Foanaimoana.  Her allegation of her viewing me speeding down Moloa'a stretch crossing a double yellow line and driving 100mph was called in to Officer Overmyer,  Overmyer pulled over a vehicle that matched my trucks description.  I was given two citations in her behalf.  This is one of them.
