U.S. FEDERAL COURT CASE #08-00222HG-KSC (FILED MAY 15, 2008)

PROSECUTORS HAVE CONSPIRED TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE, CONSPIRED TO INTERFERE WITH CIVIL RIGHTS AND HAVE INTERFERED WITH A COURT ORDER.  PROSECUTORS HAVE ACTED MALICIOUSLY IN ORDER TO SHELTER THE COUNTY OF KAUAI, THE COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE AND KAUAI POLICE OFFICERS FROM CIVIL LIABILITY AFTER LEARNING OF THE EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE.    THIS WEBSITE WAS CREATED TO SHOW THAT WHEN POLICE CONSPIRE AGAINST CITIZENS, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A PROSECUTOR WHO VIOLATES ETHICAL AND PENAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER TO WIN AT ALL COSTS.

"In 1981, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights recommended that all police departments create an early warning system to identify problem officers, those “who are frequently the subject of complaints or who demonstrate identifiable patterns of inappropriate behavior.”

: Conspiracy Uncovered

By exercising my right to free speech and posting this in the public domain contributes to a rapidly increasing educational resource collection of substantial proof of prosecutorial and police abuses on Kauai.

I have been handed police documents from police department personnel at the Kauai Police Department whom are aware of the conspiracy against me.

To understand the importance and how this proof plays in the exposure, you will have to read the corresponding arrest links to the right.

These documents detail the maliciousness to continue criminal action despite an officer's statement of swearing at me and sticking his finger into my chest, and making other conflicting statements contradicting what he wrote in his reports and application for a restraining order.

These screen captures have a story to tell and can be understood if you compare them with their own police reports.

Chronological order of day of entry details their conspiracy.

The arresting officer, Officer David Banquel falsified his report, in an attempt to assist a fellow officer in his determination to arrest me.

Officer Drapesa's report conflicts with Officer David Banquel's report.

OFFICER ASUNCION SAYS HE IS A VICTIM AND WANTS TO STAY OUT OF WHAT HAS HAPPENED YET ASSISTS IN MY ARREST AND FILES AN OVERTIME REPORT.

Note Below:

Asuncion states his reasons for overtime are for him doing an INVESTIGATION.   Would you agree that he was conducting an investigation or he was stalking me, conspiring with other officers to come arrest me without DUE PROCESS, without an arrest warrant or indictment.

Was there ever an arrest warrant?  No.  As noted in the RMS image above, the "narrative type" code Asuncion is "F" for follow up.  The "investigator" is marked with an "I".  How can Asuncion be both victim and investigator?
