Meet Mr. Krstafer Pinkerton

Krstafer Pinkerton was born on Nellis Air Force Base in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1969.  

Since then, he has become well versed in computer and network technologies and has installed many
Federal and Corporate Communications and Network Systems in the Pacific Rim. Some of those systems have been installed in the name of National Security and other systems installed for the safety of America's youth.

Mr. Pinkerton set out armed with technology and a tenacious understanding of communications to successfully expose corrupted police and prosecutors who, ironically, desperately tried to suppress Pinkertons Civil Rights in order to eliminate the threat Pinkerton poses to the criminal element within the Kauai Police Department and their on-going criminal activity.

The Pinkerton Tenacity is a real force to reckon with as Krstafer has taken a stand to expose conspirators against him and others.

As a result of  Pinkertons tenacious stand to fight corruption, Krstafer Pinkerton caught the eye of Chief Deputy U. S. Marshal Matthew F. Fogg.

Krstafer  Pinkerton is now the I.T. Director for C.A.R.C.L.E, which is an outstanding organization led by Matthew F. Fogg.

What is CARCLE?

Congress Against Racism and Corruption in Law Enforcement     
was founded more than a decade ago by the presently inactive
Chief Deputy U. S. Marshal, international EEO, diversity, and human rights activist, Matthew F. Fogg.

The nonprofit organization began as essentially a union of primarily African American, deputy U.S. Marshals contending with rampant inter-departmental racism.  Today CARCLE is a national advocate, comprised of community organization and mobilization experts –  combating injustice on both sides of law enforcement from the organization’s east coast, mid-west, and southern offices.

CARCLE helps communities build, enhance, and repair relationships with local law enforcement, ultimately to prevent, control, and reduce crime while accomplishing compatible criminal justice system reforms.  CARCLE strives to expose racism, corruption, and brutality behind a badge of justice and the infamous “Blue Wall of Silence”.  In addition, CARCLE coordinates with medical and public health care professionals to restore wellness among people and communities plagued by violence and/or social injustice.

CARCLE Administrators have launched "The Predatory Lending and Mortgage Fraud Task Force" in order to further facilitate the rights of the American Citizen.  If you feel you have been a victim or involved in a mortgage scam, you are urged to contact the Task Force.

Stand My Ground, I Won't Back Down!

"Preventing injustices could be called police action. Police are not supposed to retaliate. Describing how police should prevent injustices goes beyond the purpose of this here. There is no perfect way to produce force. Police action is a compromise in a corrupt environment where good and evil interact. It is not a part of moral existence in the absence of sin.
