These indicate the calls I made regarding the assault/harassment towards me from Officer
Gilbert V. Asuncion on December 13, 2005 at Koloa School.
There were no
attempts to contact me regarding my complaint. They did, however, arrest
and charged me with two felonies the morning of December 14,
2005. Audio file of
officers threatening conduct caught on digital recorder of the second arrest.

trusted officer contact me regarding filing a complaint against Officer
Asuncion. (woman dispatcher responded that "people like me, listening to
scanners)
December 13, 6:52pm, 652 7414, Chair of Police Commission Mike Ching, 3 minutes.
I informed Mike Ching that officers were conspiring against me and asked him to
intercede because no officers were returning my calls.

December 13, 7:10pm 566 4402 Honolulu LEA: 8 minutes asking for a field agent to
contact me regarding Police conspiring and plotting to abuse my constitutional
and civil liberties, discriminatory harassment and failure of due process. I had
called four times and had grown weary as I had suspected since nobody from KPD
returned my calls regarding filing a complaint against Officer Asuncion.

waiting at that I saw officers come to the house and I asked her who came to the
door. She told me that it was Sgt. Richard Rosa and the officer from Koloa
School, McCallum. I told her that I could recognize Rosa but from the where I
was observing from, I could not identify who the other officer was.
December 13, 10:12pm 639 0633 My companion. I told her that there was a cruiser
looking into my truck and to keep the door locked.
December 14, 2:30am, 652 7414, Chair of Police Commission Mike Ching, 1 minute.
I informed Mike Ching that officers were there at my house threatening me and my
family without a warrant and asked for him to intercede.
