PROSECUTORS HAVE CONSPIRED TO SUPPRESS EVIDENCE, CONSPIRED TO
INTERFERE WITH CIVIL RIGHTS AND HAVE INTERFERED WITH A COURT ORDER.
PROSECUTORS HAVE ACTED MALICIOUSLY IN ORDER TO SHELTER THE COUNTY OF
KAUAI, THE COUNTY PROSECUTORS OFFICE AND KAUAI POLICE OFFICERS FROM
CIVIL LIABILITY AFTER LEARNING OF THE EXCULPATORY EVIDENCE FOUND ON
THIS WEBSITE. THIS WEBSITE WAS CREATED TO SHOW THAT WHEN POLICE
CONSPIRE AGAINST CITIZENS, THERE IS ALWAYS GOING TO BE A PROSECUTOR
WHO VIOLATES ETHICAL AND PENAL RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER TO WIN AT
ALL COSTS.
Disclosing Officer Misconduct Is A Constitutional Duty
Reports from Hawaii police departments reveal just how many officers
were disciplined over the last year.
Kauai reports no discipline for any of
its officers for the year 2005.
Kauai was the only department to report
no incidents.
I filed two complaints last year against Kauai Police
Officers.
K.C. Lum told me that he "does not want to get
involved."

Despite the the charges against me from the first arrest and during this
campaign of theirs against me, these charges are totally ridiculous and no
investigation was conducted. I was arrested and charged with a not so funny
charge of impersonating a police officer!
What a slap to my face, to have my good name slandered by a vindictive
cop. I have since then, forgiven his transgressions against me. Don't do
it again, thank you. It really is unpleasant to have to commandeer this
boat, so-to-speak.
Due Process is imperative for a proper and thorough investigation. Kauai
needs good police officers.
I fully support the recruitment of honest citizens who walk a straight
line and use discernment, patience, and are non-corruptible.
